Returns and Exchanges

At Jean Bleu, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return or exchange merchandise, you can visit one of our stores for free or return the items by mail. Please follow the steps below to request a return. Shipping fees of 9.95$ + tx will be added to your account for return by mail.

In the eventually that we would have made a mistake on a shipment. Please be assured that we fill find a solution at no charge. 

RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY *no restocking fees*

All purchases made on our website can be returned by mail or in one of our stores for an exchange or full refund. Delivery fees are not refundable.

Please bring your electronic invoice received during the purchase. All returns of items purchased online and returned by mail must meet the following criteria:  

  • Goods must not have been worn, must not have been washed or broken
  • Price tags must be attached
  • Returned merchandise must be received within 7 days of the date of delivery of the purchase with the invoice and return merchandise authorization. If the goods are received after 7 days, we reserve the right to include the price of the shipment that will be deducted from the amount credited.

Please note: All items purchased from the "Buy 2 items and get 3rd free" promotion will not be refunded. We only accept exchanges.

& all purchases with hem requests will not be refunded nor exchanged 

For sanitary reasons, swimsuits and underwear can NOT be exchanged or returned.

Returns & exchanges on items purchased over the holidays :

All items purchased from December 1st to January 2rd 2023 could be returned and must be received before 9th of January 2023; in store and online. A copy of the return authorisation must be included in your package. We reserve the right to charge return fees for items received after Jan 9th. No return on December 26th.

Please note : Every items purchased with the promotion "3rd item free" or a discounted price cannot be refunded. We accept exchanges only.

Online returns & exchanges :

Return to store: Please bring the unworn merchandise back with the original price tag attached to the item. For all returns or exchanges, please bring the 2 invoices received in your package.

Online returns: Request a return by e-mail at or by phone at 1-877-631-3306 from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 16:00. All returned merchandise will be verified upon received and will be refunded according to the method of payment used at the time of purchase. For all purchases made with Paypal, the refund will be made on the credit card associated with the Paypal account. Unauthorized returns or returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be refunded and the merchandise will be returned at the customer's expense.
