Returns and Exchanges

At Jean Bleu, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase!

If you need to return or exchange merchandise, you can visit one of our branches or by mail.

All purchases made on our website can be returned by mail or in one of our branches for an exchange or refund.

S.V.P. bring your electronic invoice received during the purchase.

All returns of items purchased online and returned by mail must meet the following criteria:

 - Goods must not have been worn, must not have been washed or broken
 - Price tags must be attached
Returned merchandise must be received within 7 days of the date of delivery of the purchase with the invoice and return merchandise authorization. If the goods are received after 7 days, we reserve the right to include the price of the shipment that will be deducted from the amount credited.

Please note: All items purchased from the "Buy 2 items and get 3rd free" promotion will not be refunded. We only accept exchanges.

No refund on retouched clothing

For sanitary reasons, swimsuits and underwear can not be exchanged or returned.

All amounts associated with the return of merchandise to Jean Bleu will be paid or reimbursed by Jean Bleu.

Back in store or back online:
Return to store: Please bring the unworn merchandise back with the original price tag attached to the item.

For all returns or exchanges, please bring the 2 invoices received with your goods.

All returned merchandise will be verified upon receipt and will be refunded according to the method of payment used at the time of purchase.

For all purchases made with Paypal, the refund will be made on the credit card associated with the Paypal account.


Unauthorized returns or returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be refunded and the merchandise will be returned at the customer's expense.
